Community Lenders

2008 & 2009 Annual Reports

Community Lenders’ 2007-2008 annual report shows how this consortium of banks maintained its book of loans during an economic downturn. Vector illustrations and graphs visually depict the nonprofit’s success over the years, while photos woven throughout help tell the story of this organization’s positive reach in the community. The annual report’s smooth, classic stylings please banker stakeholders and community members alike.

The photography is angular, part of the brand feel. Lindsay moved those angles throughout the layout and kept the chroma keyed up a notch to bring excitement to the buildings.

Developed for the website, this issue was completed in flash and made as a slide-show-slide presentation. This same document would be used to develop the print version of the report.

Community Lenders does well to show the lending projects they have given in the fiscal year. These projects and non-profits that benefit from the lending pool are close to home and usually a higher risk. By sharing the risk, these lending banks are able to award loans to these deserving entities, like the YMCA- entities we need as part of our healthy culture.
